Phenix City Bd. of Educ. v. Teague ( 1987 )

On application for rehearing, Phenix City contends that we failed to determine the school district lines of the Phenix City school system and that we failed to determine whether the Lee County Public School System could receive funding for transporting children to and from the "contested area."

No argument was presented to this court by Phenix City in its original brief on these two issues. Since no argument was presented in brief on these issues, we are not bound to consider them. Mullins v. Mullins, 416 So.2d 1063 (Ala.Civ.App. 1982).

OPINION EXTENDED; APPLICATION FOR REHEARING OVERRULED.
