After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

PER CURIAM.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the case remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte Foley, 864 So.2d 1094 (Ala.2003). In compliance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in its entirety.

AFFIRMED.
