dissenting.

I respectfully dissent. Based on the reasoning in my dissent in English v. State, 164 So.3d 627, 636 (Ala.Crim.App.2014) (Burke, J., dissenting),! believe that the circuit court did not exceed the scope of its- discretion when it revoked Diontez Jamel- Moore’s probation; thus, I would affirm the circuit court’s judgment.
