concurring.

I concur with the foregoing opinion of this court as prepared by Judge Leigh Clark.

However, I believe it necessary to point out that the Macon County Coroner falls within the category of persons who may give testimony as to the cause of death in homicide cases provided where, as here, the requisite training and experience are established. Cobb v. State, 50 Ala.App. 707, 282 So.2d 327 (Ala.Crim.App.1973), and authorities therein reviewed.
