  • 1 WO 2 3 4 5 6 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 7 FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA 8 9 Sandra Lopez, No. CV-21-00366-TUC-DCB 10 Plaintiff, ORDER 11 v. 12 Commissioner of Social Security Administration, 13 Defendant. 14 15 16 The Honorable Court having reviewed the Stipulation for Award of Attorney Fees 17 Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act 28 U.S.C. §2412(d) and good cause appearing, 18 Accordingly, 19 IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to the Stipulation for Award of Attorney Fees 20 Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act 28 U.S.C. §2412(d) (Doc. 31), Plaintiff is 21 awarded the total sum of TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX and 22 09/100 DOLLARS ($2336.09) for her attorney fees. 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Attorney’s fees will be paid to Plaintiff’s 24 attorney, dependent upon verification that Plaintiff has no debt which qualifies for offset 25 against the awarded fees, pursuant to the Treasury Offset Program as discussed in Astrue 26 v. Ratliff, 130 S.Ct. 2521 (2010). If Plaintiff has no such debt, payment shall be paid via 27 check made payable to Plaintiff’s attorneys at Hallinan & Killpack Law Firm. If Plaintiff 28 ///// has a debt, then the check for any remaining funds after offset of the debt shall be made to 2|| Plaintiff and mailed to Plaintiff's attorney’s office.
