1 WO 2 3 4 5 6 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 7 FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA 8 9 Tina Pasqual, No. CV-21-00328-TUC-DCB (JR) 10 Plaintiff, ORDER 11 v. 12 Commissioner of Social Security Administration, 13 Defendant. 14 15 The Honorable Court having reviewed the Stipulation for Award of Attorney Fees 16 Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act 28 U.S.C. §2412(d) and good cause appearing, 17 Accordingly, 18 IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Stipulation (Doc. 28), the Plaintiff is awarded 19 the total sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 90/100 DOLLARS ($2500.90) 20 for attorney fees. 21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Attorney’s fees will be paid to Plaintiff’s 22 attorney, dependent upon verification that Plaintiff has no debt which qualifies for offset 23 against the awarded fees, pursuant to the Treasury Offset Program as discussed in Astrue 24 v. Ratliff, 130 S.Ct. 2521 (2010). If Plaintiff has no such debt, payment shall be paid via 25 check made payable to Plaintiff’s attorneys at Hallinan & Killpack Law Firm. If Plaintiff 26 ///// 27 ///// 28 ///// has a debt, then the check for any remaining funds after offset of the debt shall be made 2|| to Plaintiff and mailed to Plaintiff's attorney’s office.
