PER CURIAM. We agree with the conclusion of the district court that the steamship Louisburg was in fault in running at too high a rate of speed in the fog, which we iind to have been at: least seven knots an hour through the water. As this is the only question raised on these appeals, our decree in each case is: The decree of the district court is affirmed, with interest, and with costs for the appellees in this court.
