    UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff--Appellee,
    v.
    William Reid MORRIS, Defendant--Appellant.

    No. 94-6923.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

    Sept. 12, 1995.

William Reid Morris, appellant pro se.

Kenneth Davis Bell, Office of the United States Attorney, Charlotte, NC, for appellee.

Before HALL, WILKINS, and WILLIAMS Circuit Judges.

    PER CURIAM:

    1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Morris, Nos. CR-91-84-C-P; CA-94-83-3-P (W.D.N.C. Aug. 5, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
