    Robert Anthony FAULK, Plaintiff-Appellant,
    v.
Clarence L. JACKSON, Jr., Virginia Parole Board, Defendant-Appellee.

    No. 90-6668.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

    Submitted Feb. 4, 1991.
    Decided Feb. 22, 1991.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk. J. Calvitt Clarke, Jr., District Judge. (CA-90-1608-N)

Robert Anthony Faulk, appellant pro se.

    E.D.Va.

    AFFIRMED.

Before DONALD RUSSELL, SPROUSE and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.

    PER CURIAM:

    1

Robert Anthony Faulk seeks to appeal the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis and affirm the dismissal on the reasoning of the district court. Faulk v. Jackson, CA-90-1608-N (E.D.Va. Sept. 6, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

    AFFIRMED.
