UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
William Sylvester McPHERSON, Defendant-Appellant.No. 86-7384
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted June 12, 1987.
Decided August 25, 1987.William Sylvester McPherson, appellant pro se.
Breckinridge Long Willcox, United States Attorney, for appellee.
Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
1A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal from its order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. McPherson, CR No. 83-43-M; C/A No. 85-2430-M (D.Md., Nov. 24, 1986).
