    PER CURIAM:
Irvin and Patricia Betch appeal the district court’s orders dismissing their
    42 U.S.C. § 1983
complaint as barred by res judicata and denying reconsideration. We have reviewed
the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Betch v. O’Brien,
    No. 8:22-cv-00894-PX (D. Md. Aug. 18, 2022; Sept. 15, 2022). Additionally, we deny the
pending motion for judicial notice. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and
legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
