Paul CHANEY, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Paul J. DAVIS, Parole Commission Chairman; Maryland Parole
Commission; J. Saylor, Parole Caseworker; Ms.
Morton, Parole Agent, Defendants-Appellees.No. 89-6626.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: Aug. 9, 1989.
Decided: Sept. 26, 1989.Paul Chaney, appellant pro se.
Before HARRISON L. WINTER, DONALD RUSSELL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
1Paul Chaney appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Chaney v. Davis, CA-89-980-R (D.Md., Apr. 17, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively.
2AFFIRMED.
