USCA4 Appeal: 23-1211 Doc: 7 Filed: 07/24/2023 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Jonathan David Leggo appeals the district court’s order granting M.C. Dean, Inc.’s motion to dismiss Leggo’s discrimination and retaliation claims, brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act,

Va. filed Feb. 7, 2023 & entered Feb. 8, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
