    USCA4 Appeal: 21-2227 Doc: 7 Filed: 07/24/2023 Pg: 3 of 3
    PER CURIAM:
DeWayne Baker appeals the district court’s order denying Baker’s motion to reopen
    his
    42 U.S.C. § 1983
action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Baker v. Gilmore, No. 7:18-cv-00382-
TTC-RSB (W.D. Va. Sept. 27, 2021). Baker’s motion for appointment of counsel is
denied. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
    decisional process.
    AFFIRMED
