42 U.S.C. § 1983excessive force claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Foster’s pending motions, and we affirm the district court’s order. Foster v. Alexander, No. 5:22-ct-03003-BO (E.D.N.C. Mar. 18, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
