    USCA4 Appeal: 24-1277 Doc: 7 Filed: 08/29/2024 Pg: 3 of 3
    PER CURIAM:
Andrew D. Anderson appeals the district court’s order dismissing, after a review
    pursuant to
    28 U.S.C. § 1915
(e)(2), Anderson’s federal and state civil claims against
Defendants. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm the district court’s order. Anderson v. State of N. Carolina, No. 1:24-cv-00034-MR-
WCM (W.D.N.C. Mar. 18, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and
legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
