USCA4 Appeal: 24-6708 Doc: 9 Filed: 11/19/2024 Pg: 1 of 2 UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 24-6708 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. MARC PIERRE HALL, a/k/a Marc Valeriano, a/k/a Fella, Defendant - Appellant. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, at Charlotte. Frank D. Whitney, District Judge. (3:95-cr-00005-FDW-1) Submitted: November 14, 2024 Decided: November 19, 2024 Before THACKER and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and KEENAN, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Marc Pierre Hall, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. USCA4 Appeal: 24-6708 Doc: 9 Filed: 11/19/2024 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Marc Pierre Hall appeals the district court’s order granting his
18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) motion for a sentence reduction pursuant to Part A of Amendment 821 to the Sentencing Guidelines. On appeal, Hall does not challenge the district court’s calculation of his amended Guidelines range after application of the amendment, the extent of the sentence reduction, or the adequacy of the district court’s explanation. And we find no merit to Hall’s challenge to the district court’s subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s judgment. United States v. Hall, No. 3:95-cr-0005-FDW-1 (W.D.N.C. July 2, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
