(3:24-cv-00404-MR) Submitted: October 21, 2024 Decided: November 6, 2024 Before NIEMEYER, RICHARDSON, and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Christopher R. Rutledge, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. 4 USCA4 Appeal: 24-6649 Doc: 15 Filed: 11/06/2024 Pg: 5 of 5 PER CURIAM: Christopher R. Rutledge appeals the district court’s order dismissing his amended civil rights action, filed pursuant to
42 U.S.C. § 1983and Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics,
403 U.S. 388(1971), under
28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Rutledge v. Wake Forest Univ. Sch. of Med., No. 3:24- cv-00404-MR (W.D.N.C. June 11, 2024). We deny Rutledge’s motions for the appointment of counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 5
