Cayce Clerk UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff-Appellee v. JOSE ANGEL RODRIGUEZ, Defendant-Appellant Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana USDC No. 3:09-CR-6-1 Before BENAVIDES, DENNIS, and SOUTHWICK, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM:* The Federal Public Defender appointed to represent Jose Angel Rodriguez has moved for leave to withdraw and has filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California,

R. 47.5.4.
