PER CURIAM. Plaintiffs in error were convicted of a conspiracy to possess, transport, and sell intoxicating liquor, in violation of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 192S, § 10138Ai et seq.). Their only defense was that they were entrapped by government agents. The evidence was in conflict on this issue, and no objection or exception was made or taken to any ruling or charge of the court. The judgment is affirmed.
