1MEMORANDUM**
2Arizona state prisoner Patrick Louis Byrd appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment for defendants in Byrd's action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review a district court's grant of summary judgment de novo. See Kruso v. International Tel. & Tel. Corp., 872 F.2d 1416, 1421 (9th Cir.1989).
3We affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order entered on July 3, 1996.
