1MEMORANDUM*
2Shameem Gafoor appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment in favor of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District Lodge 141 in Gafoor's action alleging discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion and age, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review the summary judgment de novo, see Bagdadi v. Nazar, 84 F.3d 1194, 1197 (9th Cir.1996), and we affirm.
