UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Robert M. STEPHENS, Defendant-Appellant.No. 95-35645.
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted Dec. 2, 1996.*
Decided Dec. 5, 1996.Before: SNEED, TROTT, and THOMAS, Circuit Judges.
1MEMORANDUM**
2Robert M. Stephens appeals pro se the district court's summary judgment for the United States in the government's action alleging trespass on federal lands. Stephens contends that the district court erred by granting summary judgment for the government because he holds equitable title to the land to which his houseboat is moored through adverse possession. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review de novo, Kruso v. International Tel. & Tel. Corp., 872 F.2d 1416, 1421 (9th Cir.1989), cert. denied, 496 U.S. 937 (1990), and we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court in its order filed April 28, 1995.
3We have considered Stephens's remaining contentions and find them to be meritless.
4AFFIRMED.
