The reasons for the Board’s order are briefly but adequately stated in its decisions in this unfair labor practice proceeding (210 NLRB No. 117) and the underlying representation proceeding. They have support in the record and reflect a reasonable interpretation of the statute. See NLRB v. Staiman Bros., 466 F.2d 564, 566 (3rd Cir. 1972); NLRB v.
