    Giordano Jackson appeals from the district court’s judgment imposing an
    aggregate life sentence for first-degree murder in violation of 
    18 U.S.C. § 1111
    ,
    and assault in violation of 
    18 U.S.C. § 113
    (a), following remand for resentencing.

    , 80-81 (1988), discloses no arguable grounds for relief on direct appeal.
    Counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED.
    AFFIRMED.
