Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio,
488 U.S. 75, 80 (1988), discloses no arguable grounds for relief. See United States v. Aruda,
993 F.3d 797, 799 (9th Cir. 2021) (setting forth abuse of discretion standard for sentence reduction decisions under § 3582(c)(1)). Counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED. AFFIRMED. 2 23-10020
