    ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the conviction be affirmed. The district court properly treated the bag containing the cocaine as abandoned. See United States v. Lewis, 921 F.2d 1294, 1303 (D.C.Cir.1990); United States v. Carrasquillo, 877 F.2d 73, 76 (D.C.Cir.1989).
