Each Party 26 referenced-above shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs. 27 /// 28 1 ORDER 2 Because the parties have stipulated to close this action, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 3 41 makes such stipulations effective immediately with further order of the Court. Because all parties 4 who have appeared in the action signed the stipulation, it “automatically terminate[d] the action.” 5 Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
