(ECF No. 1.) At the 19 time the complaint was filed, Jedidiah Morelos was seventeen years old. (Id.) He subsequently 20 reached the age of majority and is now proceeding without a guardian ad litem. (ECF NO. 43.) On 21 April 15, 2020, the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss this matter in its entirety with prejudice with 22 each party to bears its own attorney fees and costs. (ECF No. 70.) 23 In light of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 24 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v.
