ORDER AND FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 14 LOPEZ, 15 Defendants. 16 17 By order filed April 1, 2020, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave to 18 file an amended complaint was granted. Thirty days from that date have now passed, and 19 plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s order. 20 In the meantime, plaintiff requested the return of exhibits appended to his original 21 complaint. Good cause appearing, the Clerk is ordered to return such exhibits to plaintiff. The 22 court record retains scanned copies of such exhibits. 23 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. The Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 25 2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to remove the exhibits appended to plaintiff’s 26 original (hard copy) complaint (ECF No. 1 at 5-19) and mail them back to plaintiff. 27 Further, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 28 prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
