He challenges prisoner disciplinary proceedings which 19 resulted in the loss of sentence credit. When a prisoner challenges the execution of his sentence, 20 as petitioner does here, the preferable venue is the court with jurisdiction over the place where the 21 prisoner is confined. See Dunne v. Henman, 875 F.2d 244, 249 (9th Cir. 1989). Petitioner is 22 incarcerated at California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo County.
