On October 1, 2020, the 17 parties attended a settlement conference before the undersigned, and the parties reached a 18 settlement. (ECF No. 38.) On November 23, 2020, a stipulation was filed dismissing this action 19 with prejudice and with each party to bear its own costs and fees. (ECF No. 40.) In light of the 20 stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson 21 v.
