No. 11) 16 17 18 On December 9, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement. (Doc. 10). On December 17, 19 2020, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to Dismiss Entire Action with Prejudice. (Doc. 11). The 20 parties provide notice of the dismissal of this action with prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), 21 with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. See Doc. No. 11 at 1. 22 Accordingly, this action is dismissed with prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(ii)(B). 23 See Id.; see also Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
