Defendant. 10 ) 11 12 Plaintiff Cristobal Ramos Quiroz is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 13 || Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). 14 On May 24, 2021, the Court issued an order granting Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma 15 pauperis.
