The parties have filed a stipulation to dismiss, with prejudice, the entire action, with each 17 party bearing their own attorney fees and costs associated with the action except as otherwise 18 agreed in their settlement agreement, and a stipulation for the Court to retain jurisdiction over 19 this matter to enforce the settlement agreement. (ECF Nos. 18, 19). In light of the stipulations, 20 the case has ended and is dismissed with prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A); Wilson v. 21 City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997). The Court retains jurisdiction over this 22 matter for the sole purpose of enforcing the terms of the settlement agreement.
