(ECF No. 14). No class has been certified and nothing in the voluntary dismissal or this order 21 || resolves any claims, issues, or defenses of a class. In light of the parties’ stipulation, this action has 22 || been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), and has been dismissed without prejudice and withon 23 || an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. See Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 24 || 1997).
