On December 27, 2021, plaintiff’s notice of 19 amendment was disregarded, and plaintiff was granted thirty days in which to file an amended 20 complaint that complied with the October 7, 2021 order. Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to 21 file an amended complaint could result in the dismissal of this action. Thirty days have now 22 passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, or otherwise responded to the court’s 23 order. 24 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is 25 directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 26 IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 27 110; Fed. R. Civ.
