ORDER AND 14 RALPH DIAZ, et al., FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 15 Defendants. 16 17 By order filed August 27, 2019, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave 18 to file an amended complaint was granted. The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff 19 has not filed an amended complaint. 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Clerk of the Court assign a district court 21 judge to this case; and 22 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
