Petitioner has not filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed an application to 21 proceed in forma pauperis, or paid the filing fee. 22 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a 23 district court judge to this case. 24 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this case be closed. 25 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 26 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
