The court informed plaintiff he could proceed with his FMLA 23 interference claim predicated on the termination of his employment against defendant Velocity or 24 file an amended complaint within 30 days. Id. Plaintiff has elected to proceed only with the 25 claim against Velocity. Within fourteen days 5 || after being served with these findings and recommendations, any party may file written 6 || objections with the court and serve a copy on all parties.
