Petitioner’s request for a stay, pursuant to Kelly v. Small, 19 315 F.3d 1063 (9th Cir. 2002), in order to exhaust additional claims is submitted for decision to 20 the court. 21 Petitioner is herein ordered to inform the court of the status of his unexhausted claims. In 22 his status report, petitioner shall address whether he filed a petition in state court addressing his 23 exhausted claims and, if so, when the petition was filed.
