The 18 matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). 19 On January 13, 2021, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations (ECF No. 20 29), which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any objections to the 21 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. No objections were 22 filed. Accordingly, the Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v. United 23 States, 602 F.2d 207, 208 (9th Cir. 1979). The magistrate judge’s conclusions of law are 24 reviewed de novo. See Britt v. Accordingly, 28 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1 1. The findings and recommendations (ECF No. 29) are ADOPTED IN FULL; 2 2. Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to serve 3 Defendants; and 4 3. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. 5 | DATED: February 12, 2021 6 /) 8 Troy L.
