Six Unknown Federal Narcotic Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). 15 On September 26, 2023, the Court screened Plaintiffs complaint, found no cognizable 16 | claim, and granted Plaintiff thirty days to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 10.) Plaintiff has 17 | not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the Court’s order. Accordingly, it is 18 | HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall show cause within fourteen (14) days from the date of 19 | service of this order why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute, failure to 20 | comply with a court order, and failure to state a cognizable claim for relief. Plaintiffs failure to 21 | comply with this order will result in a recommendation to dismiss the action for the reasons stated 22 | above. 73 IT IS SO ORDERED.
