Defendants. 16 17 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s notice of voluntary dismissal, with prejudice, 18 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), as to Defendant Parker Standbury 19 LLP. (ECF No. 36). As Defendant Parker Standbury LLP has not filed an answer or a motion for 20 summary judgment, and in light of the voluntary dismissal, Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant 21 Stanbury LLP are terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), and have been dismissed with 22 prejudice. See Wilson v.
