No 27 objections were filed. Accordingly, the court presumes that any findings of fact are 28 correct. , 602 F.2d 207, 208 (9th Cir. 1979). The 1 | magistrate judge’s conclusions of law are reviewed de novo. See Britt v. Simi Valley 2 | Unified School Dist., 708 F.2d 452, 454 (9th Cir. 1983). 3 The Court has reviewed the applicable legal standards and, good cause 4 | appearing, concludes that it is appropriate to adopt the findings and 5 || recommendations in full. Accordingly, IT |S HEREBY ORDERED that: 6 1. The findings and recommendations (ECF No. 12 in the -881 case; ECF No. 15 in 7 the -882 case) are ADOPTED IN FULL; 8 2. These actions are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Federal Rule 9 of Civil Procedure 41(b); and 10 3.
