(ECF No. 19). In light of the parties’ stipulation, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 18 41(a)(1)(A)(i), the case against Defendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc. has been 19 dismissed with prejudice and without an award of attorney fees and costs. See Wilson v. City of 20 San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
