On 19 August 21, 2023, the Court issued an order approving the parties’ stipulated amendments to the 20 scheduling order. (Doc. 30). On October 16, 2023, the parties filed a second stipulation to 21 extend the discovery deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order. (Doc. 31). The stipulation is 22 timely filed pursuant to Local Rule 144(d) and the parties’ representations therein satisfy the 23 requirements under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4) to show good cause and diligence.
