(ECF 19 No. 16.) The stipulation specifies that dismissal against the Doe Defendants is without 20 prejudice. (Id.) In light of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. 21 Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v.
