ORDER AND FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 ZELL, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se. Plaintiff’s complaint was filed with the 18 court on March 15, 2022. The court’s records reveal that on March 8, 2022, plaintiff filed a 19 complaint containing largely identical allegations, Lollis v. Zell, 2:22-cv-0433 DB P.1 Due to the 20 duplicative nature of the present action, this court will recommend that the complaint be 21 dismissed. 22 Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court IS HEREBY ORDERED to randomly assign a district 23 judge to this case; and 24 IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice.
