FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 SOLANO COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 18 By an order filed February 23, 2023, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma 19 pauperis affidavit and a certified copy of her trust account statement, and was cautioned that 20 failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. The thirty day 21 period has expired, and plaintiff has not filed the required documents. 22 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be 23 dismissed without prejudice. 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 25 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days 26 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 27 with the court and serve a copy on all parties. Such a document should be captioned 28 “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations.” Plaintiff is advised that 1 | failure to file objections within the specified time may waive the right to appeal the District 2 | Court’s order.
